Info Post
Out of 2.6 million people in Chicago, 862,000 (or 32 percent) are black.

Of 4,265 murders committed in the city between 2003 - 2011, 75 percent of the offenders were from this racial group,  who represent only 1/3 of Chicago's overall population.
Storm Clouds on the Horizon: "The First Warm Day of the Year" brought out 400-500 black people (Newspeak: 'Teens' or 'Youth') who terrorized the Magnificent Mile -- meanwhile, gun violence in Chicago goes unpunished because the black community protects their own

It is from this racial group that the vast majority of non-fatal gun violence comes from, where a strict community adherence to a "no-snitching" policy makes it incredibly difficult for police to determine the individual pulling the trigger [Lack of cooperation stymies most shooting cases, Tribune finds: About 75 percent of the nearly 1,200 nonfatal cases are suspended because Chicago police struggle with victims' mistrust, fear while trying to solve crimes, Chicago Tribune, 8-27-12].

It is because of this racial group's strict adherence to the "no-snitching" policy that places Chicago dead-last in the enforcement of federal gun laws (though Forbes would have you believe it's because of the ineptness of the police -- when the black community actively protects their own criminals, you witness the truth 'strength' of the social capital they create) [Proof The Obama Administration Is Going After The Good Guys With Guns, Forbes.com, 3-26-13].

It is because of this racial group's strict adherence to the "no-snitching" policy that has forced Chicago Police Department Superintendent [McCarthy may turn to celebrities to help combat police mistrust, Chicago Tribune, 1-9-13]:
Police Superintendent Garry McCarthy said Tuesday he's considering turning to celebrities like Bulls star Derrick Rose to try to persuade residents to break a "no-snitch" custom that often impedes shooting investigations.

McCarthy said he has "spoken to a number of (celebrities) and they're all very interested" in becoming spokespeople for a campaign to persuade Chicagoans to cooperate with police. He would not give names, but did say that Rose, who grew up in crime-plagued Englewood before achieving NBA fame, is the type of star who might be able to get through to young Chicagoans.

"Who is it that these kids would listen to? It's not going to be Garry McCarthy. Maybe it will be Derrick Rose, I don't know," McCarthy said. "This is all under examination. It's something that we're looking to develop. It's not off the ground yet."

The superintendent acknowledged Tuesday that part of the reluctance to share information about crimes can be traced to mistrust stemming from incidents like the infamous cases of torture by former Cmdr. Jon Burge. He said many of the high-profile police abuse cases happened before he got here, and said he's working to improve accountability.
Derrick Rose is a black man.

Those protecting criminals by adhering to a "no-snitch" policy in Chicago are the black citizenry of Chicago, who knowingly aid and abet criminality in the city.

Those who are making large sections of the unsafe for civilization are black people (what one cop refers to as 'Tribal Warfare'). Those who drive down property value wherever a "community" they demographically anchor is found are black people.

Out of more than 400,000 students in the Chicago Public School (CPS) system, only 8 percent are white. The violence, attributed to the high percentage of black and Hispanic/Latino students in the system, has driven white parents to enroll their students in private schools.

This hasn't stopped black parents from blasting the city government for closing public schools in black areas of the city, where few white feet dare tread [School Closing Opponents Call Mayor A Racist Liar, CBS Chicago, 3-22-13]:

As WBBM Newsradio’s Mike Krauser reports, to hear some tell it on the West Side, Mayor Rahm Emanuel is a racist liar who doesn’t care about the kids. And they’re just getting started.

“I don’t see any Caucasians being moved, bussed, or murdered in the streets as they travel along gang lines, or stand on the steps of a CPS school,” said activist Wendy Matil Pearson as opponents of the school closing plans protested outside Horatio May Elementary Community Academy in the Austin neighborhood.
And just 'who' is responsible for the murders of CPS students in the streets, just 'who' is responsible for large swaths of the black community being gangland territory, and just 'who' is responsible for the "life during war-time" conditions found in the CPS schools?

The same people who practice a "no-snitching" policy, thereby aiding and abetting black terrorism in the city of Chicago.

The black community.

And who helps cover-up black criminality - besides the black community - in the city of Chicago?

Why, the media, of course [Media Stifling Racial Violence Coverage, 8-17-2011, American Thinker]:

For those who care about language and the truth, Mary Schmich of the Chicago Tribune has done a great service. She openly admits that her newspaper refuses to report the race of violent criminals responsible for an outbreak of racial mob violence in Chicago, which mirrors similar violence around the country.  So Schmich has proven the old adage that you don't need to muzzle sheep.

Schmich admits that there is a fact about the flash mob attackers that readers "haven't read in the Tribune or seen explicitly stated by most of the official media: The young men were black." Schmich wants to keep it that way.  This resolute dishonesty is shared by the Tribune's editor, Gerould W. Kern. Kern wrote, "We do not reference race unless it is a fact that is central to telling the story."  Of course, if you're PC, race is never central to a story when misbehavior by approved minorities is in question.  Thus, the Tribune will evade race when whites are the victims of interracial crime.  Kern and Schmich have demonstrated what self-censorship looks like in our Conversation about Race.
The title of Schmich's article asks, "When a news story omits race, do we really know any less?" with her instinctive response being no.
Why bring any of this up?

Because over Easter weekend 2013 in Chicago, once again byproducts of the black community in the 'Second City' engaged in terrorism, with the media downplaying the event and the police fearful of protecting property owners (and taxpayers) because the slightest use of force screams "police brutality" to this community [Hundreds of teens mob pedestrians on Chicago's Magnificent Mile, NBC News, 4-1-13].

A community proudly engaging in "no-snitching." A community protecting terrorism. [Woman recalls attack on L: 'I've never been scared like this', Chicago Tribune, 4-1-13]:
The woman works at a restaurant and rides the "L" all the time and had never been afraid on the trains. But then she found herself in the middle of one of two disturbances by groups of teens on the North Side over the weekend.
"I've never been scared like this before," said the 27-year-old woman, who asked not to be identified. "We were just minding our own business. ... It was really, really violent."
The woman said she was returning home with her mother Saturday night on the Red Line after a dim sum dinner when a group of girls got on the train at the Monroe station and appeared to want to pick a fight.
"This girl started blowing smoke in my face, and she flicked her cigarette ashes at me," said the woman. "I said: 'You need to put that out,' and the next thing I know there's all these girls that jumped on top of us."
They began punching her face and then went for her hair. She believes they had knives or box cutters, and padlocks possibly placed inside socks.
"I put my head down between my legs so they would stop beating me in the face, but they were trying to pull my face up and hit me more," she said. "They ripped out chunks of my hair, and I've got a black eye and bruises on my face, and all over my back and shoulder."
The woman said the attack happened between two stations while the train was moving. "There was nobody to help. There was no time, really. We were surrounded, it happened in one stop, and then they got off the next stop, at Lake," she said.
As the train stopped, the group grabbed her purse, ran off and jumped the turnstile, she said. The woman ran after them, though, and eventually got her purse back and went to the police station to press charges.
Call it a "Wilding" all you want --  the events of Easter Weekend 2013 in Chicago is a powerful reminder of true terrorist threat in America.

At any moment, a police department doing its job to protect the property rights of an individual could inadvertently trigger a device more powerful than a nuclear device -- Spontaneous Blackness.

By shooting one of these black sons or daughters in Chicago engaging in Mahogany Mob violence, the police department of the Windy City invites lawsuits from the black community, the condemnation of the self-appointed leaders of Organized Blackness (hilarious, Jesse Jackson was Martin Luther King's right-hand man), and the vitriol of the press.

A press completely on the side of terrorism in America.

The real terrorist threat.

A threat the black community actively covers-up for in Chicago.

When you look into the insanity of the situation Chicago, one thought becomes clear -- "Save the ones you can, the rest you have to let go."
