Whose the real threat to your average, law-abiding, tax-paying American?
Eric "My People" Holder: Working to make the American Judicial blind to black criminality

If you answered "none of the above" and instead blurted out Eric "My People" Holder, you might be right. [Attorney General Eric Holder: Jail time for blacks is too long, Washington Times, 4-5-13]:
Attorney General Eric Holder expressed “concern” Thursday evening that black men are unfairly served with longer prison sentences than white men and that America’s prison system demands overhaul.
“Too many people go to too many prisons for far too long for no good law enforcement reason,” Mr. Holder said, in remarks to the Rev. Al Sharpton’s National Action Network in New York, Politico reported. “It is time to ask ourselves some fundamental questions about our criminal justice system. … It is time to examine our systems and determine what truly works.”
Mr. Holder said in the Politico report that state laws oftentimes require sentences that are too harsh for the specific case — and that “breed[s] disrespect” for the court system. He also referred to a report from the U.S. Sentencing Commission released in February and said figures show that blacks are being disproportionately prosecuted and sentenced.
“I am concerned by a troubling report … which indicates that — in recent years — black male offenders have received sentences that are nearly 20 percent longer than those imposed on white males convicted of similar crimes,” he said, Politico reported.
The best way to gauge the health of a community, neighborhood, school system, country, or city is to immediately measure the percentage of blacks found in the community, neighborhood, school system, country, or city.

The higher the overall percentage of blacks found in a community, neighborhood, school system, country, or city, the less healthy the community, neighborhood, school system, country, or city will be.

It's a simple mathematical formula, a simple mathematical certainty.

Crime has gone down in America for a variety of reasons (the police departments of big cities manipulating data or underreporting crime, high abortion rates, and longer-sentencing for criminal actions), but now Mr. "My People" himself is prepared to wage war on the prison-industiral complex to once again liberate his people from having to serve out their jail-time.

Disparate impact, right?

You know what might work?
  • Mandatory sterilization for those convicted of rape, murder, home invasions, or other assorted violent crimes
  • Public executions
  • Mandatory Depo-Provera shots for those receiving public assistance
  • Declaring war on gangs in the inner-cities of America

Instead, Mr. "My People" is prepared to unleash his people on the America people, a people who have already devastated once-thriving cities like Detroit, Baltimore, Milwaukee, and St. Louis.

Not to mention Birmingham.

Of course, Eric "My People" Holder's DOJ isn't the only one declaring war on your average, law-abiding, tax-paying American? The EEOC has joined in the fun of weaponized equality, whose moniker Sam Donaldson correctly labeled, "It's not your country anymore."[BOVARD: Making the workplace friendly for felons: U.S. demands ‘no questions asked’ of job applicants, Washington Times, 3-12-13]:

Should it be a federal offense for businesses to refuse to hire felons? Yes, according to new rules issued by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) intended to browbeat businesses into changing their hiring standards to benefit criminal offenders.
The EEOC is dedicated to boosting employment of “protected groups.” The agency’s “Enforcement Guidance on the Consideration of Arrest and Conviction Records in Employment Decisions,” released last April, notes that the imprisonment rate for black men “was nearly 7 times higher than white men and almost 3 times higher than Hispanic men.”
Since blacks and Hispanics have higher crime rates, the EEOC has uncorked more than 20,000 tangled words to sway businesses to forgo criminal background checks on job applicants. Even though most businesses perform those checks, the EEOC has made that practice far more legally hazardous — and far more likely to provoke a federal lawsuit alleging discrimination.
John Hendrickson, a top EEOC attorney in the Midwest, told the Chicago Tribune: “I would suggest to businesses that they think long and hard about why they think they need to do a criminal background check.”
The EEOC’s new rules have evoked vigorous opposition from Civil Rights Commissioner Peter Kirsanow, a Cleveland lawyer with a long record of speaking out against abusive federal affirmative action practices. Mr. Kirsanow recently warned, “There is no way to guarantee that you won’t run afoul of the guidance and be subject to a financially ruinous EEOC investigation unless you forgo criminal background checks entirely. If you do that, you have two new potential dangers: lose your state license to operate and possibly be hit with a costly negligent-hiring suit.”
According to EEOC chief legal policy adviser Peggy Mastroianni, however, the commission’s interpretation of federal law “supplants” state and local laws that
prohibit businesses from hiring employees with criminal records for certain jobs. This is especially bad news for home repair and home health care businesses.

It's a simple mathematical formula, a simple mathematical certainty.

And it's a mathematical certainty the federal government sees nothing wrong with the moral and cultural state of Detroit in 2013 -- Eric "My People" Holder is set on using it as a model for every community in America.

There is no greater to peace and stability in America then the population that destabilizes the civilization  the Historic Majority Population of America created wherever they go.

And Eric "My People" Holder is on the their side, especially those who are currently incarcerated...
