Info Post
OD has done the tremendous task of compiling the COLOR OF CRIME for the city of Atlanta (looking at statistics from April 2011 to April 2012). The results:
In Atlanta, African-Americans are 54 percent of the population, but are responsible for 100 percent of homicide, 95 percent of rape, 94 percent of robbery, 84 percent of aggravated assault, and 93 percent of burglary.

Judge Arrington: Once kicked whites out of courtroom to tell Black people to behave
Were someone to spend about two hours on a quick project, you could provide the COLOR OF CRIME for Atlanta from 2009 - present via the data found at this Website.

But statistics and data are misleading, right? In the Black Mecca, that City too Busy to Hate - which is completely run an entrenched Black political establishment - there has to be some lasting vestige of institutional racism making it seem as if Black people are responsible for all the crime in Atlanta.

Perhaps we should just ask a former judge in Atlanta - the very Black Marvin Arrington - his thoughts on the Black monopoly of all crime in the city. It was Judge Arrington in 2008 who made national headlines by asking all the white people in his courtroom to leave so that he could admonish the criminals Black people in the room:
Judge Marvin Arrington insists he's not a racist; despite ordering white lawyers out of his courtroom on Thursday.

The Fulton County Superior Court judge said he was just fed up seeing a parade of young black defendants in his courtroom.

"I came out and saw the defendants, about 99.9 percent Afro-Americans, and some point time I excused some of the lawyers, most of them white, and said to the young people in here 'What in the world are you doing with your lives,'" he told WSB-TV Channel 2 reporter JaQuitta Williams.

Arrington said he thought his message might have more power if it was delivered to a blacks-only audience.

"I didn't think about racism or reverse racism, I practiced law for 30 years and 75 percent of my partners were white," he explained.

The judge said the majority of people who appear before him accused of crimes such as murder, rape and robbery are black and he wanted to do something about it, one on one.

"I didn't want them to think I was talking down to them; trying to embarrass them or insult them; be derogatory towards them and I was just saying 'Please get yourself together,'" he said.

Arrington added that he may make a similar speech next week, but this time he'll allow everyone to hear it.
Interviewed by NRP, Judge Arrington would go even further with his declaration of Black monopolization of crime in Atlanta:
Judge ARRINGTON: And I just said, my God. Will we ever stop? We are executing each other. They appeal before me. They can't read. They cannot write, have no character, no morals, or what have you. And I just exploded.

Judge ARRINGTON: Oh, you just said it for me. I said, would the white defendants and all whites excuse themselves? I want to talk to my brothers one-on-one. And they excused themselves, and I really asked myself a thousand times. I don't see what I'm doing - did wrong. If asking some people not to kill, shoot, you know, to have sex with your daughter, to rape, if that is wrong, I don't want to do right, because I see that as my role, and I said it to my children.
The Atlanta Journal Constitution reported this about Judge Arrington, who admitted to once being an inner-city thug himself:

Judge Marvin Arrington had seen and heard enough.

The parade of black men and women —- criminals and mothers of criminals —- he saw every day frustrated him.

What he did to address it, some observers say, was classic Arrington. Others say it was arrogance.

"You guys are destroying your lives," he admonished —- after asking the few whites present to leave his Atlanta courtroom. "Black people, please, turn your life around."
The scolding quickly became national news earlier this month. Arrington's "fireside chat," as he later called it, was being compared to the more public criticism first voiced four years ago by actor Bill Cosby, who criticized some African-American families for not raising their kids right, slammed black youth for wearing their clothes backward and berated them for failing to master the queen's English.
Asking white people to leave the courtroom so that he could address the source of Atlanta's criminal problem (Black people) was a nice gesture by Judge Arrington, considering that in 2005 new Clayton County Sheriff Victor Hill (once an all-white, prosperous county to the southwest of Atlanta, it has subsequently been Detroit-ed by the influx of Black people and outward migration of whites) fired all the white police officers and had snipers put on the roof of the police station as they left:
On his first day at work, the new sheriff of Clayton County called 27 employees into his office on Monday, fired them and had snipers stand guard on the roof as they were escorted out the door.

Sheriff Hill was among a spate of black candidates elected last year in the county, which was once dominated by rural whites. The fired employees included four of the highest-ranking officers, all of them white. Sheriff Hill told The Atlanta Journal-Constitution that their replacements would be black.
Just don't ask Judge Arrington about his plan on how to deal with Black crime:
Fulton County is giving young law breakers with limited criminal histories a chance to turn their lives around.
As many as 40 low-level offenders ages 17 to 30 are slated to participate in Operation Turn Around. Fulton County District Attorney Paul L. Howard Jr. and Fulton County Superior Court Judge Marvin Arrington unveiled the program on Thursday.
Arrington sees it as an extension of the tough-love talk he delivers from the bench that, like that of comedian Bill Cosby, has attracted media attention and sparked debate.
The judge considers "mind bogging" the number of African-Americans incarcerated in the nation's prisons and jails. He also remembers once being young, crazy and unwilling to listen to anybody until black school teachers pushed him to do better.
Operation Turn Around isn't a bad name, but the manners in which it is being conducted are wrong: mandatory sterilization for all repeat offenders will ensure that crime drops dramatically in Atlanta (indeed, in all of America) in as little as one generation. That's the real Operation Turn Around America needs today.

Crime in the metro Atlanta is a Black phenomenon. Hence, why white people have for 60 years been fleeing for suburbs surrounding the city that quickly turn into flourishing Whitopias, only to be eventually overwhelmed by the Black Undertow. Thus, the need to move even further outside the city to find peace, tranquility, and temporary solace from Black people crime. This Atlanta Journal Constitution from 2010 tragically illustrates that importing poverty to metro Atlanta counties only means seeing white people leave and Black people replace them:
According to the data, Atlanta is on the verge of no longer being a majority black city — a major shift in its cultural identity. Averaging the samples from 2005 to 2009, Atlanta's population was 50.1 percent black and 43.1 percent white. The rest were either Asian, Native American or a combination of two or more races.  (Hispanic is an ethnic rather than a racial category; Hispanic people may be of any race.)
At the same time, northern communities saw substantial increases in the number of black residents as well as Hispanics.
Both Cobb and Gwinnett counties remained predominantly white, but the trend was strongly toward greater diversity. In Cobb County, the number of black residents rose by 20 percent and the number of Hispanics by 47 percent. In  Gwinnett County, those figures were 52 percent and 54 percent, respectively.
Judge Arrington's dismissal of white people from the courtroom almost four years confirms the findings by OD of Atlanta's crime problem. But those findings could be for any big city in America with a significant Black population. They are not an anomaly. Guns don't kill people; dangerous minorities do.

A request: I'm trying to find a breakdown of Atlanta (and Fulton County's) public workforce: police, firefighters, clerks, sanitation department, water board, etc. If you can find this data, please email it to me or provide the link below. Atlanta is now 51 percent Black and 43 percent white, though I have it on good authority that upwards to 99 percent of the public servants in the city are Black (government job are, of course, the quickest - and primarily only - route to the middle class for Black people). Also, I have a theory that will be corroborated shortly: the city of Atlanta grants most of their contracts - especially Hartsfield International Airport contracts - to no-bid, minority firms.

Help me prove this.
