Depo-Provera would have cost the tax-payers 1/1,000,000 of what their brood will cost
A video is making the rounds (WorldStarHipHop and LiveLeak) with the almost perfect headline: “Hood Mothers In ATL Get Tased By Security Guard For Acting up In Front Of Children!”

It only took a moment to realize where the footage was shot in Atlanta – Underground Atlanta, near the Five Points MARTA station (thanks to the Kessler City Lofts sign noticeable at the beginning for giving away the location).

To be more precise, the footage appears to be taken near a seedy Metro Mall store at Underground Atlanta, which is located near the corner of Peachtree Street and Martin Luther King Jr. Drive.

Seriously.

That’s the location of where this video was filmed, where two black women appear highly aggrieved at having been asked to leave a seedy store because one of their many children (a brood, really) couldn’t behave.

It’s a powerful video, one that helps to underscore why Depo-Provera must be mandatory for any individual receiving EBT/Food Stamps, TANF/Welfare, or being awarded Section 8-Housing Vouchers.

What is Depo-Provera?:
·      A shot in the arm that prevents pregnancy
·      Safe, effective, and convenient
·      Easy to get with a prescription
·      Lasts for three months
·      Costs $35–$100 per injection, plus any exam fees
Watching the video of the “Hood Mothers in Atlanta Get Tased” might seem funny at first, but then you must realize this video could have been shot in Memphis, Birmingham, Buffalo, Baltimore, Washington D.C., Dallas, Minneapolis, Kansas City, Indianapolis, Kansas City, Milwaukee, Chicago, New Orleans, Houston, Portland, Omaha, Oklahoma City, St. Louis, or… virtually any city in America.

Recently, we’ve seen politicians propose tying high-rates of truancy at primarily black schools to parental accountability, with parents being liable for their off-springs failure to attain a free, publicly-funded education [DC bill would make parents liable if children miss too many school days, Washington Post, 1-23-13]; we’ve even seen a bill in Tennessee proposed that would tie welfare benefits to the performance of parent(s) offspring in the school room [Bill Would Tie Welfare Benefits to Child School Performance, Knoxville News, 1-23-13]:

State Sen. Stacey Campfield has proposed legislation that would cut welfare benefits to parents whose children fail to make "satisfactory academic progress" in school, a move he says should inspire parents to take a more active role in helping students learn. While the Knoxville Republican says SB132 is a step toward "breaking the cycle of poverty," Linda O'Neal, executive director of the Tennessee Commission on Children and Youth, says it could make life more difficult for parents and children who are already struggling.
Why don’t we break the “cycle of poverty” once and for all by advocating Depo-Provera shots for those citizens of places like Detroit and Birmingham, and wherever the black people in the video below call home? Instead of punishing the parents for their off-springs hereditary handicaps when it comes to attaining an education, lets reward individuals with a Depo-Provera shot before they become parents.

More importantly, this simple action rewards society from the burden of a continued dysgenic social policy.

More to the point, we might finally end the black “cycle of violence” (a nod to Jim Goad at TakiMag) on Martin Luther King Drive, MLK Street and Martin Luther Kind Boulevard’s throughout the nation.

Much like the even that happened at the 2013 Martin Luther King Day Parade on Martin Luther King, by utilizing the Depo-Provera shot we might see a quick reduction in violence nationwide… much more so then just locking up blacks at high rates [Neighbors say quintuple shooting on MLK Blvd. is 'embarrassing',WWLTV.com, 1-21-13]:
Five teenagers were shot in the Central City neighborhood of New Orleans shortly after Monday's Martin Luther King Day parade moved passed the area.
Police spent the afternoon collecting evidence and shell casings outside a grocery at Martin Luther King and LaSalle.
Investigators say shortly after 1 p.m., a late model, white, two-door sedan drove past the store, and a gunman opened fire on a group teenagers standing on the corner in front of the store.
"So far we know of five injuries," said NOPD Superintendent Ronal Serpas. "We do not expect that any of those injuries are fatal at this time."
The shooting is more than a little unsettling for neighbors who witnessed the crime. Many of them were still outside enjoying the day after watching the parade which passed by within a half hour of the shooting."I just heard the gunshots, boom, boom, boom, boom, boom," said Tanile Legendre. "I ran outside and a saw all the kids just scattering. It must have been just 15 minutes after the parade.""It's not the first time," said Ashley Stewart. "It's always something like that going on. It makes us scared and keep your children locked up inside. Can't even just hang out and talk to your friends, you know, and sit down and have fun without something like that going on around here."The significance of this shooting on Martin Luther King Day on Martin Luther King Boulevard is not lost on people who live in this Central City neighborhood.
Depo-Provera. It’s a way to quickly end the “cycle of poverty” plaguing America and ensure that major urban areas made uninhabitable by those who currently form the majority population found there (think downtown Atlanta, Birmingham, Detroit, Baltimore, Memphis, New Orleans, etc.) see a much faster rehabilitation period then expected.

That pesky black-white student achievement gap wouldn’t be a problem anymore in a generation or two either…

More importantly, the Kessler CityLofts located at 87 Peachtree Street SW at Martin Luther King Boulevard in downtown Atlanta becomes prime real estate immediately, when potential buyers know the stores in Underground Atlanta wouldn’t be populated by “Hood Mothers” and their extensive brood.
